ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc. is enhanced by the active participation of
citizens of the community. To this end, the Agency accepts and encourages
the involvement of volunteers at all levels of the Agency, and within all
appropriate services, programs, and activities.

volunteer application and either return it to our Corporate office located
at 3250A E. 40th Street,
Yuma, AZ 85365 or fax it directly to our
Human Resources department at (928)341-9462.
Volunteers who have
not reached 18 years of age must present a written consent of a parent or
guardian prior to volunteering.
