Carol A Carr:
President and Chief Executive Officer
Carol was named CEO in 2007, previously serving ACHIEVE as Executive Director.
Other professional experience in the human services arena includes
serving as Executive Director of a non-profit agency addressing the needs
of severely abused and neglected children. She has served in the capacity
of executive management positions for over twenty years. In the
for-profit arena Carr’s background includes tenures with both IBM and
Xerox Corporation inclusive of international business development. On the
local, Carr has held memberships in ABWA, San Jose Chapter, served as Rotarian President
and is on the Yuma Area Non-Profit Institute board. While living in the
Bay Area Carr served on the San
Jose Economic Council that focused on the
development of small, minority-owned business ventures. Nationally, she
serves as the Pacific Regional representative to the National Council of
Work Centers (NCWC). She has been recognized for her merger of The Excel
Group with the formerly independent Yuma WORC
Center. Carr
currently serves as an adjunct faculty for the University of Phoenix
where she teaches the business curriculum for undergraduate and graduate
studies. Carr’s Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix was completed in 1992.

Alba Urias: Financial Supervisor
Ms. Alba Urias a Yuma, Arizona
native is currently working towards obtaining her degree in Business
Administration from Northern
Arizona University.
Ms. Urias is the Accountant Team Lead and has worked for ACHIEVE Human
Services since January 2007. Her background encompasses the Case
Management of the Serious Mentally Ill and is trained as a Physical
Therapy Aid.

Manisha Barker: Human Resources Manager
Manisha Barker holds a Masters of Business Administration from the
University of Phoenix and a Human
Resources Management Certificate from Lambton College.
She also has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Valley
State University.
Prior to joining ACHIEVE in January 2011, Manisha worked as a Human
Resources Manager at a soy and organic food manufacturing company in Orange County, California.
Manisha is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and of
the American Payroll Association. When she is not working, she enjoys
spending time with her husband, reading and being outdoors.

Deena Fetzer: Government Contracts Administrator
Deena Fetzer has been with ACHIEVE since 2005. Deena was honorably
discharged from the Marine Corp as a Staff Sergeant, Gunnery Sergeant
Select in 1997. Her Military Occupant Speciality was Fiscal and
Disburser. While in the military she received Meritorious Mast, Se
Service Deployment Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Navy Unit Commendation,
Meritorious Unit Commendation, National Defense Service Medal, Letter of
Appreciation and the Navy Achievement Medal. She was also a physical
fitness instructor. She currently serves on the YANPI Board, a member of
YEP and the American Legion. Deena has many hobbies when not working or
volunteering in the community consisting of running, board and card
games, hiking, mentoring and meditating.

Warren Quirk: Safety/Security Manager
Warren Quirk, a retired USMC Gunnery Sergeant, received his Bachelor
of Science from the University or Arizona
in 2006. He has worked with seriously mentally ill adults in both
residential and acute inpatient environments. His background is in crisis
management, substance abuse and outpatient services. Currently, Warren is working in
environment care, safety and security.

Holly Anderson: Quality Control Manager Federal Government
Contracts
Holly is the Quality Control Manager over ACHIEVE’s government
accounts including Border Patrol and Yuma Proving Grounds. She has been with
the company going on five years. “ I really enjoy working with and
serving our individuals with disabilities.” She is also a disabled
American veteran having proudly served in the United
States Navy where she was stationed on the USS
Nimitz home ported at Naval Air Station
North Island
in California.

Brianne McCloud: Supervisor
Center Base
Employment
Brianne joined ACHIEVE in 2006 as a Community Programs Assistant. In
2008 she became the Community Programs Supervisor at the Center Base
Employment. She is certified in Client Intervention Training, First Aide
and CPR. Brianne also holds a Fingerprint clearance card in the state of Arizona. She is
currently a 4-H leader as she was a member for six years; she works with
the Clover buds, ages 5-8 years, on different projects.

Thamar Anderson: Project Manager USBP Federal Contract
Thamar has been working for ACHIEVE for four years. She is the
Project Manager for the United States
Border Patrol Janitorial Contract where individuals with significant
disabilities work to maintain the facilities in Yuma, Wellton and Blythe stations. “I enjoy
and am proud to be working with the individuals that we serve on a day to
day basis. It brings me tremendous joy to see the accomplishments that
they have and continue to achieve.”

Raul Cabrera: Agency Maintenance Manager
Raul Cabrera has been working for ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc. for
seven years. During this time he has served in a supervising capacity on
all of ACHIEVE’s federal government accounts and most recently on the
local commercial contracts and fleet vehicle management. “I enjoy my job
because it is very rewarding to help others and to be able to show them
what I have learned and help them earn a living.”
