Edward Lohman: Board Chairman
President of Lohman and Associates, an engineering consulting firm,
holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State
University. He has
served both government and private industry in various engineering roles
including plant manager and project manager. Lohman is a member of the
National Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of
Mechanical Engineers, Arizona
Society of Professional Engineers, and is a former Master of the Masonic
Lodge. For the past six years he has served on Boards of Directors for
The Yuma WORC Center
and the Saguaro Foundation and currently serves ACHIEVE Human Services as
Chair and previously as Treasurer.

Randall (Randy) J. Chapman: Vice Chair
Randy recently joined ACHIEVE in January 2010. He is currently
employed by the City of Yuma
Police Department as Police Captain. He
previously served on the Arizona Governor’s Over-dimensional Permit
Advisory Council, an oversight committee for Motor Vehicle Division. In
his capacity as law enforcement supervisor, Randy has experienced first
hand the behavioral component and community engagement associated with
all individuals with disabilities. Randy was born and raised in Yuma, Arizona.

Theresa Fox: Board Secretary
Theresa recently joined ACHIEVE Human Resources in January 2010. She
currently works for Yuma
County Attorney’s
office and serves as the Deputy County Attorney. She has been practicing
law for over ten years. Prior to practicing law, Theresa was an
elementary education teacher for eighteen years in San Diego, California.
She was born and raised in Yuma,
Arizona.

Susan Gleason:
Has been an active member of ACHIEVE Human Resources since 1998. She
has served in capacities of Chair and Vice Chair. Employed in the banking
industry since 1984, she is currently a Vice President with The Foothills
Bank, directing the Consumer Loan Department. A former student of the University of Minnesota
and Minnesota School of Business, Gleason served on the Board
for Yuma’s March of Dimes Walk America
from 1998 to 2006. She has been serving the First United
Methodist Church
as financial secretary since 2003. Susan is currently serving as Board
Treasurer.

Cathy Reeves:
A speech pathologist for the Somerton School
District, joined the ACHIEVE Board in 1991.
She has served ACHIEVE in many capacities including a past tenure as
president, and currently as Chair of the Personnel Committee. Reeves
holds a Masters degree in Language Pathology. She has been actively
involved with the Special Olympics organization for 25 years, currently
serving as Yuma
County Coordinator.
Reeves was named P.E.O.-Chapter AG Citizen of the year in 2000. Cathy is
currently serving as Board Vice-Chair.

Marion Shontz:
Marion
joined ACHIEVE Human Services in 1989. She has also been serving on the
Parker, Arizona
Town Council since 2005.
Her professional experience includes current service as Director if the
LaPaz County Health Department. Shontz’s education includes a Bachelor of
Arts in Sociology with minors in business and criminal justice. She is
also active with the LaPaz
County Fair Board,
the Parker Area Tourism Committee and the Parker Area Historical Society.

Donald (Don) K. Foltz:
Don recently joined ACHIEVE in January 2010. He is retired from the
Marine Corp and currently employed by Northrop Grumman Technical Services
as a Quality Assurance/Safety Evaluator. Don previously was a local
business owner of a secured document destruction business for five years
and has served in numerous capacities as a community stakeholder for the United Way
Allocation panel and the AWC Entrepreneurial Program. He currently serves
as the Chair of the Military Affairs Committee for the Chamber of
Commerce.
